Often times electrical parts on vehicles will carry a warranty, if the vehicle is new, I would either contact the dealership parts department or if a replacement part I would contact the parts store where you purchased the coil packs for warranty information. You may want to have the ignition system checked as well, just to be sure there isn't a faulty component causing damage to them.
Why do you have to find an OEM horn? There are tons of horns that work just as well if not better. I bought my wife a used Kia Sorento a few years back and in two weeks the horn went out I went to the parts store got two new horns a high and a low tone horn cut off the original horn plugs and put crimp on connectors and these horns are way better sounding and a lot louder than the original one. Simple job.. You'll love the results and price about 20 dollars. Dealership order I couldn't even begin to think what they would charge and I could tell you I wouldn't pay it. You can find them but they will be on order.
Dealerships are not what they used to be. Talk to an autoparts store to find the parts you need. They carry aftermarket parts for all cars, even for OEM discontinued parts. If they don't carry the parts you need (highly doubtful), post it here in Fixya. This network can definitely help locate them for you. Give it a go! good luck.
IF you horn isn't work. Does your radio and crus control buttons on the steering wheel work? My lincoln ls it started with the horn the the controll then the air bag on the steering wheel. There is a modual in the steering colum behind the wheel that controlls all of it. the part is about 145. or the dealership well charge 300 to fix it.
You will have to replace your serpentine belt tensioner. Call local auto parts store and ask them if you can get just the pully or if you have to by the whole tensioner. Call around and don't be surprised if you can't get what you need from your local auto parts store because some do not carry after market belt tensionrs. In this case you will need to order it from a GM dealership's parts department.
you can buy them on EBay and have them shipped to you. Try to get a name brand like Bosch, Ford, Kelsey Hayes, Nissan (Quest is same vehicle). Cheap ones make noise & don't last long.
search on ebay motors and type in villager quest bakes.
