When this happened to mine it ended up being a bad door switch. The alarm, dome/map lights and electric door locks are all connected to the door switches. It cost $65 for diagnosis, parts and labor at Saturn of South Burlington VT
does it have a sunroof? if so it is leaking a shorting out one of your door switches. pull the door switches and check for corrosion- there are on either end of the dashboard. either way that is probably the case, a bad door switch, very common
the alarm is tied into the body module, cannot be disconected. module sees one of your access points open. do all the locks work with the key? is it an original key? try unlocking trunk or passenger door with key. this should kill the alarm
