Question about 2003 Honda Civic
HONDA civic diesel, 1700 cc. 2003 model. After stalling will not restart immediately and when it does engine management and ignition curly light stays on. Eventually restarts but lights remain on. Has been reset by Honda only to fail again after a day or so. NO noticeable loss of power once it has restarted. Honda say thay need to check the engine after stalling abd before it restarts. Any ideas?

This sounds a lot like a bad TDC (Top Dead Center) sensor. Of the many sensors on this model vehicle, the TDC sensor failure is common and is one of the few sensor failures that will disable your vehicle.
