1998 isuzu amigo 4x4 3" lift front suspension problems no travel verry stiff

if you have lifted the front suspension by 3 inches then that is 3 inches less travel for the shocky piston to move when the suspension goes down. You have probably damaged the piston and shaft of the shocky. Replace with longer travel shockys.

1999 Altima stutters, surges and stalls

You will have to figure out if it is a fuel or spark problem to proceed.
Vent in gas tank could be causing the pressure in the tank to cause a loss in pressure to the injectors. Something electrical such as a relay could be failing.

Bad tensioner when i am put my belt on should i trun the tensioner all the way around or is it no good im not sure if i have to wined it up or not it is way to lose it on a 94 saturn

There is a stop at both ends of the tensioners travel. It should only travel a certain distance, usually about a 1/4 turn or less. If it will spin around in a circle then your tensioner is damaged and should be replaced. You only need to move it far enough to get the belt off of the engine. Normally it will not travel much further than is needed to remove the belt.
Good luck.

1998 Nissan Altima GXE squealing noise

Could be the bearings in your alternator have gone dry and your alternator is about to quit out on you. I had a friend with an 01 altima and we could always hear him coming before we saw him because of this very problem. Changed the alternator out and noise went away. Thanks for using FixYa!

1996 Jeep Cherokee 4.0, 2w drive engine just stops running

Scan the computer for fault codes. Check that fuel filter is not obstructed. (if old, just change it) Most common problem is the crank sensor but do not just start swapping parts: it can cost a ton of $ and not cure anything!!
