My 4x4 button on my dash wont turn on and my 4x4 wont engage . I used it yesterday, usually lights up and 4x4 engages 94 mazda b4000 le 4x4 .

Ford Rangers and Mazda b-series vehicles are the same. I would be willing to bet it is a problem with your shift motor. There is a sensor on the motor that tells the "shift computer" where it is in regards to position. The sensor has a ceramic disk that is glued to a shaft. The glue dries out and the disk doesn't spin with the shaft, so the computer doesn't know the position. You can disassemble the shift motor and re-glue, or just replace the entire shift motor assembly. It's $85 - $100 for a remanufactured unit from Napa (or similar). I just did this for my '94 Ranger, tore it apart and fixed it.

Before doing any of that I would check the 4x4 fuse in the box under the hood. The other fuse to check is inside the cab. It is on the same circuit as the warning lights (if your dash warning lights work, that fuse is fine).

2004 Mazda Tribute, power mirrors and radio stopped working at the same time. I have check all fuses in the passenger compartment and all the cartridge fuses I can see in the engine compartment. I do

With the ignition switch in the ACC or RUN position, check for 12 volts on the output (BLK/PNK wire) of 10A FUSE 8 in the central junction box. This is the supply line to the mirrors.

While at the central junction box, check for 12 volts on the output of 10A FUSE 27 (ORG/LT GRN) and 10A FUSE 19 (RED/YEL) if there is a separate subwoofer. Check for 12 volts on the output of 5A FUSE 12 (YEL/BLK) to verify that the accesory relay is energized.

I want to bypass my lower O2 sensors on a 02 Mazda tribute 3.0

I unplugged mine and they actually sell plugs but you can actually just unplug them with no problems. Check engine light will most likely come on. But wont effect drivability.

Reverse lights don't work on my 2002 mazda tribute

Did you check the fuse yet? The fuse you are looking for is in the passenger compartment fuse panel, in the number 6 position and should be a 10 amp fuse (see picture below) I hope this helps and good luck.

My 2005 mazda tribute brake lights will not turn off

The stop light switch is sticking. If it's a mechanical one that is operated by the movement of the brake pedal the replace the switch. If a hydraulic one is fitted, remove one wire and see if the stop lights go off. If so then replace the hydraulic switch.
