Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
Check starter first to make sure it is not jammed into the flywheel also make sure the battery is fully charged and check the coil pack to make sure you have spark and on the fuel make sure the reset button is not sticking and check the fuel pump relay and check all the vacuum lines and the drive belt
