Question about 1995 GMC Safari
My 95 Safari van has a high pitch rattle sound on the left front that you can only hear when the van is moving it starts as soon as you let off the break and starts and continues with a higher pitch the faster you go.
Never heard this before...
Your safari has load leveling feature, the sound is like zzzzztt zzzzztt and heard usualy when stopping, turning and grade changes. Hope this helps...

Sounds like the brake pads is still slightly making contact with the rotor. Replace pads and / or rotor.
Could be that the pads are wore out and are just scraping the rotor. Definately replace pads AND rotor.
Could be that the pads have broken their clips and are flopping around.
Could be a rock stuck in the overall brake assembly.
