Not sure about the advice above...If your experiencing a rear wheel locking up, I've seen where the emergency brake cable is not releasing and is stuck. Best bet is to have someone operate the E-brake while you watch the cable underneath the car on the right side. If you don't see the cable retracting, clamp a pair of vice grips tightly onto the cable (away from where it could retract into the sheath) and tap the vice grips "away" from the wheel. This will "persuade" the cable to retract, therefore releasing the emergency brake. If that's it, don't use the emergency brake until you either lube it real well or replace it. Good luck!

5spd or auto?

There should be a shift interlock located in front or around the shifter, remove the little plastic cover and try inserting your key to diable the shift lock this is a safety feature that only lets the car go into gear with your foot depressed on the brake, sometimes doing this will enable your to shift the car into gear and reset it, hope this helps.

You may try to rebleed the breaks again, if that does not work.You may have problems with your master cylinder or brake power booster ? You may want to try to google your honda civic under brake repairs.I hope this helps

Look for a stuck switch sitting at the top of the brake pedal arm. Hope this helps!

a)adjust rear brakes if drums
b) take cover off center cosole and adjust 10mm nut
should have an inpection cover near e-brake handle

unplug it remove the 2 10mm head bolts on the top some have 2 more bolts at the bottom some just sit in there then just pull it out

95 civic coupe ex brake lights wont work and the shifter locks in park position, what's wrong?
