Question about 1994 Chevrolet Camaro
Sometimes without warning the wipers, seat heaters and radio all turn off at the same time. The problem is intermittent, and without warning they will all turn back on again at the same time. I don't have seat heaters, but my 94 Chevy Camaro does the same thing. Sometimes my radio will work, but if I try to use my wipers, sometimes they won't work and it also shuts my radio off. But for the last few neither have been working. I have checked fuses, and tightened the battery cables, I don't know what else to do.
I had the exact same problem on my 1998 Chevrolet 1500 c/k pickup. I also tried a new starter motor and solenoid assembly, but to no avail.
After weeks of searching for the problem, I found that corrosion had built up between the car battery terminals and the power cables extended from the car battery to the starter motor. I'm not sure if this is your problem, but it's worth a try. Also, check all other electrical connections, because these types of intermittent problems are often electrical.

The wipers have a control module in the wiper motor. That is what is wrong. On that model you will have to replace the wiper motor . Good Luck

Rear fuse box is under the seat bottom, rear seat (middle row) on the driver's side. There is a plastic cover over the top of it that snaps into place.
