Brake lights dont work on my 2001 volvo s80. All fuses and relays are good. The bulbs are good too. The third brake light and parking lights work too. Turn dignals are fine too. Whats my problem?

Sounds like the brake switch on floor under brake pedal, needs adjusting or its bad. When you put on the brakes, it sends power to rear stop lights. The pedal hits this switch. Good-Day! ( if all else is good )

Bulb failure position light

most likely your brake light. Also if no brake lights are out, volvo is notorious for putting the wrong bulbs in from the factory. If they work take them out, if they have an orange bottom inside the buld replace the bulbs. I used to be a volvo tech. I would replace both so you dont run into this problem again

Both low brake lights are out, top one working

The problem you're having with your brake light is very commond with your car, to solve this problem you need to replace the relay on the left hand side of the panel(first from top) and this panel is located on the driver side in the trunk. these relays are all the same.Good luck
