The switch is located on the transmission case.

Both of the turn signals do not work. The hazard lights only work in the back. I looked at the fuzes on the passenger side, and they are still good. What can I do to get them to work?

It sounds like you have at least two bulbs out in the front. I suspect that both turn signals did not stop at the same time? Check the front bulbs. Many turn signal bulbs have two filiments; one for parking lights and the other for turn signals. The same filiment is used for turn signals and hazards.
Another possibility is that there is a bad or broken ground wire in the front?
Finally, it could be the turn signal switch.

Head lights stoped working on my 1989 ford festiva

Start by checking the fuse(s), then if all is good there, move on to checking or replaceing the headlight relay, if all is good check the head light on/off switch on the dash, and last if all is good there, check or replace the headlight bulbs.
Good Luck !

Brake lights wont work, only the one in the window fuze and bulb ok

No need to locate ground try swaping those real lights cables, its just cable matics.unless its true there is rust,if you can the rust then clean it with breakfluid and try connecting again.if not take it to gaurage they must recheck electric wiring system

Replaced a blown fuze when my rear lights stopped working 98 Nissan cefiro, lights now work when required e.g apply brakes lights work, indicators work but when the lights are on at night the rear brake...

could have the wrong bulbs in. some bulbs are single or double filament.check bulbs.if good your bulb sockets could be bad or you got grounding problems.
