My 1992 buick roadmaster cut out on me while going to cranks but wont turn over. im not sure what it could be.any suggestions will be helpful.

Could be your fuel pump has gone bad. You need to check your fuel pressure if it is below 5-10 lbs
you will have to replace the fuel pump..first check and make sure your fuse to the pump is good before you do anything..The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank and the only way to fix it is to drain your tank and drop it it get to the pump that is located on the top side of it, the cost of the pump should be about $ around before you buy one...takes about 2-3 hours to do this..

Gas gauge on 95 Buick Roadmaster needs changed possibly. Works full tank to 7/8 - 1/4. Easy to change?

this is not the gas gauge, this problem is caused by the gas gauge sending unit inside the gas tank, drop the gas tank and rep[lace the fuel pump/sending unit module, about $200 for the part from

1992 f250 with 7.3l diesel that shuts off in curve

well you can extend the pick-up tube by fabricating a hose with perfaration to lay flat on tank so its always submerrg'd. Shouldnt be to bad to do...just reqiures droping tanks....Other than that try your best to keep 1/4 tank minimum....but obviously the pick up tube on the bottom of the fuel pumps sending unit is up to high., and when you take the turn the pump, pumps like normal but gets air/fuel mixture and causes the stall due to enriched o2 levels...No way around it either...

Good luck hope this fix's'ya!

My gas guage dont work how do i fix it?

I know EXACTLY what the problem is. You are not alone. Many Buick Roadmasters had this problem. Its in your fuel tank. The fuel bob gets stuck and even sometimes in the filter it cuts off the gas to prevent strong acceleration. This is not a cheap fix unless you do it yourself. The gas tank either needs to be removed or cut open. This is coming from a prior Buick Roadmaster driver. Call your Buick dealer, they can help you out.

I hope this helps.

Car stalls when oil pressure drops...20 minutes to restart

No it is a fail safe. When your oil pressure drops below (on most cars) 30 psi your computer will shut your fuel pump down until you either let it sit for a while and it resets or until oil pressure builds again. Sorry!

I have a 1992 buick roadmaster and if i leave my car off 4 certain hours, itll take forever to crank back up. i purchased a new battery and that doesnt seem like the it wont start at all. what...

You may have a leak in the fuel system, where the gas is leaking back down into the tank over time. Then, you have to wait until the fuel pump pumps it back up to the carburetor or injection system.

My Truck is stalling out at stop and go situations.

check th fuel filter - does this happen when below 1/4 tank of gas? there is a filter in there too. a clogged filter will be worse at acceleration - if it is at 1/4 tank or less when this occurs - try filling up and see if that helps - when you drop below 1/4 tank you will **** up trash from the bottom of the tank! hope this helps
