Thats a good one. Going by what you are saying the vehicle has to under a load in order for the vibration to occur. Best guess would be rear end or torque convertor.

2006 Ford F-150 4wd pickup starts vibrating at about 55mph. Not in the steering wheel, but in the body sort of toward the rear. Vibrating stops if I slow down or exceed 60mph. Any ideas?

Sounds like a wheel out of balance. If just started it might have thrown a wheel weight. Another possibility could be universal joint(s) in driveshaft they can give similar symptom.

Vibrates for 10-15 seconds and then settles down. When I put it in gear it stops. Also having a problem putting it in gear and it will not move. When I add more gas it will jerk into motion. thanks

I have a 1997 Cadillac that does this due to a small leak into cylinder #1 from the cooling system through a head gasket that wets the spark plug making it vibrate for the first 10-15 sec.

Transmission problem solvable by changing fluid or rebuilding transmission (more expensive route but also more effective).

Severe vibration and knocking sound!

sounds more like a ujoint or a center support for the drive shaft. also check and make sure that the flywheel bolts have not come loose. also check the harmonic balancer and make sure it is not seperating

Replace balancer. You don't notice them until you rev it up.
