Question about 2003 Renault 181
We have recently purchased a scenic and have noticed that when starting the vehicle its doesn't seem to happen first time. This vehicle is a keyless ignition and when we press the start button the engine comes on but seems to lack staying power. We have tried keeping our finger on the start button/foot on clutch a little longer but this morning when I did this the car made a growling noice and it took me at least 3 attempts to keep the engine running. As we have a 3 months warranty on the this vehicle we have already had it back to them in the first week of purchase but they are saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. If this car had a full diagnostic test would something defo come up on it and is it worth us paying for one to be done?
