Question about 2000 Ford Focus
Over the past year or so i have been having problems with my 1999 ford focus tdi constantly cutting out. There has been a serious amount of black smoke coming from the exhaust. Now over the last few days, the temperature gauge has been rising at a fast rate. Could anyone help as its driving me insane?
Check the exhaust compression. Remove the O2 sensors before the cataylic converts and see if it improves. If it does that means your cats are cloged and need to be replaced.
