Re: rear wiper will not work
I have Checked the Electrical Schematic and relay Box for A relay and There is NOT one, So I would Suggest to Try And BYPASS the Switch to see if it Works that Way, And If it Does the the Switch is Bad, if it Does NOT, You will Have to Trace the Wiring Harness to the Back, and Look for An Open Somewhere Between Switch and the Rear Wiper. My Bet Would be in the Switch Due to the Fact that it (The Vehicle) is So NEW, Im in great Hopes this Helps Direct you To the Problem and Helps You Fix It.

Check fuse panel ...if fuses for those rear devices are OK look at the wiring at the rear hatch. Possibly inside that door, or a ground condition that is not functioning or disconnected connector related to electrical devices in the rear hatch door. Good luck!
The rear wiper has a dedicated fuse. It's the 10A R/WIPER fuse in the relay block. This supplies power to the rear wiper and washer switch and the rear wiper control unit. That unit also gets power from the 20A AUDIO (!) fuse in the engine room fuse box. If the fuses are OK, the ignition switch is in the ON position, and the rear wiper and washer switch is turned on the rear wiper should work. If not check all the components described to find where the loss of power is occurring
i may be mistaken on if this applies to your model year but if the rear wiper does not work then check the fuse for rear wiper and replace if blown. make sure rear wiper switch is off and wiper is parked.if air bag light goes out after a few seconds then the rear wiper motor is bad causing fuse to blow. air bag module gets power for its fuse through wiper fuse.if wiper is not parked then fuse may blow when you turn yhe key on.you have two choices. replace wiper motor or remove tailgate door panel and unplug the motor
first check fuses if all good remove back hatch panel find wiper motor remove plug . turn the ignition key to on position turn on rear wiper now test wiper plug for power if no power replace wiper motor
Look for the fuse for the rearwiper motor is a 15 amp mini-fuse , in location # 8 of
your POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX in the engine compartment.
Check in the PD BOX for;
- relay # 8 is the rearwiper down relay , and
- relay # 10 is the rearwiper up relay .
1. check the fuse to the rear wiper motor
2. check for power to rear wiper motor at the motor (power wire going in to the wiper motor with rear wiper switch on)
If you have good fuses & have power going in to the rear wiper motor...
3. Pull old rear wiper motor and install a new rear wiper motor.
