Question about Ford Futura
I have a 1992 EB Ford Falcon and my alternator(battery)light stays on untill i get to about 3000rpm then it goes off,and sometimes it stays on and i end up with a flat battery, is my alternator stuffed or is it fixable, is it a common problem with this model of car?any tips on how to fix this problem at home?
This Problem Surely Can Be Fixed At Home, But as Far as Rebuilding the Alternator Im Not sure that it is Cost effective, In other Words To Purchase One With A Warrentee on it Would Be Better than Rebuilding one Without A Warrentee.
The Ford You Speak of is Not Sold In The USA and this Impares me as far as Directions. I Can With 30 Yrs Experiance ADVISE you to Buy A New Alternator And Install it Yourself.
