Adjustment for a serpentine belt for a 96 ford escort x2

If you have it on correctly it should not need to be adjusted.
Both the 1.9 and the 1.8 engines should have a spring-loaded tensioner that keeps the belt tight.

How to adjust the hydrolic clutch on 2003 ford ranger

There is no way to adjust a hydraulic clutch for your vehicle. If it is not working properly, it could be time to do a clutch remove and replace. Before you get to that point, though, make sure you have no leads that could lead to air getting in the system, and that your master cylinder and slave cylinder are working properly. A very good video that you might find helpful is on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgNTDGwcjZc&feature=player_embedded
There are also other videos there that can be quite useful.

Does a 87 ford ranger have a selfadjusting clutch?

It should be a self adjusting from OEM but you can run either type. I am running a non self adjusting in my 96 ranger 2.3l and have had no problems. The only thing to remember is when you change the clutch you have to bleed the hydraulic system. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgNTDGwcjZc This is a great video on how to bleed the system.

I have replaced the fuel pump on this 92 Ford Ranger. I put a fuel pressure gauge on the truck. It will idle for about 20 seconds with the pressure running between 70 and 80 psi. After a few seconds, the...

The mechanic should check on the idle .Because the Idle of the truck is adjusting by it self . That causes the truck to stop .check the Idle then lock it up to so that it will not adjust until it will make the truck stop .the main reason why the truck stop and pressure guage going down steadily is that no fuel enters the fuel pump when it adjust Idle by it self . It adjust by closing way or blocking the fuel to pass and go to the engine.then the engine dies .

Reset throttle position sensor on 87 ford ranger

Ok in the Haynes Repair Manual it say that the TPS sensor is non adjustable on a ranger. Now if you have an adjustable one you have a TPS block that you use to set this sensor. The best bet is to line up the slot in the TPS with the blade on the throttle shart.
