Vibrations in truck when ideling and when accelerating
It only vibrates when im accelerating and when im ideling or in park, same thing in reverse, does not vibrate when im slowing down or when i level out on my speed. Not a mechanic, need advice, any suggestions?
That might be a problem with motor mounts. Raise the hood, start truck and while holding the brake put in gear and slowly press accelerator. A bad motor mount will allow the engine to twist in place. Don't forget to check the transmission mounts also.

does it have the same acceleration at that speed, if it does not accelerate so well it is called a flat spot and will almost certainly need a good mechanic to sort it out
If acceleration remains as good in this range as through the rest of the rev ange add detail and please resubmit
sounds like a misfire, if it is 1996 or newer have somewhere like autozone scan the computer for you and see if there is any codes for a misfire, if its older than 1996 then i personally would start it up in park, then pull off spark plug wires one at a time (use pliers and gloves, dont get shocked) and then plug them back in. see which ones change how the engine sounds and how much it shakes or stalls.
if one makes a big difference in how it sounds then that one is firing, if it makes little difference then it might not be firing properly, could need a new plug or wire.
Visually check all Engine and Transmission Mounts. Check for loose and/or broken bolts. Next individually check the rubber mounts each for cracks or tears. It might be advisable to support the engine, loosen and remove the mounts, inorder to check them thoroughly. When you shift into gear (drive or reverse) this causes the Engine to physically shift also. If the mount is bad then the metal rod holding on the rubber mount goes makes contact with metal causing vibrations.
