199 Jeep cherokee stalls without warning

My jeep stalls randomly without warning. I have replaced spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and changed the fuel pump and filters. What direction should I go in next?

I can put the car in N and start it right back up without stopping the car.

I replaced the fuel pump due to the stalling I believe all connections are tight. When the vehicle stalls I put it in "N" and start it right back up without ever slowing down

While driving jeep will stall. Will start after a few minutes or it could be up to an hour. Fuel pump has been replaced spark plugs wires. Once drove 2000 miles over several months with no stalls then all of a sudden stalls and does it over and over again.

Does it start right back up after it stalls? make sure all conections are tight at fuel pump, sounds like it could be loosing ground at pump, or hot lead is loosing its connection at pump. Also fuel pump relay could be getting hot and quits working.

I forgot to ask if you had changed distributor maduel, they have been known to quit working when they get hot, and start working when they cool alittle, but usely not that quick. If your sure the connections are not an issue try the fuel pump relay.

Jeep will not start. plugs and distributor not sparking, turns over. gas flows. air filter clean. pump comes on. what could it be?

Pull off your distributor and check the rotor and the underside of the points on the distributor. If one of the points is blackened then it is possible that you need to replace the distributor cap and rotor.

Stalls and backfires 1997 jeep grand cherokee limited replaced the map sensor, coil rotor. distributer, spark plugs, spark plugs wires. throttle body pressure sensor ,ingnition coil IAT sensor. amd still...

you need to check the fuel pressure, and did you mean you replaced the distributor or just the rotor because inside the distributor is a pickup plate that some times causes this also 02 sensor can cause your check engine light on if so go to chain auto parts store they usually read your codes for free.

P0700 and p0320 truck runs for approx 10min stalls tach jumps all over the place and injectors fire and fill culinders with fuel to the point of hydraulic lock

P0700------ problem in the transmission control system
P0320------ problem in the ignition/distributor. If equipped with a distributor, change the cap and rotor, probably a good idea to do a tune up, change spark plugs and wires.
