Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
Lights work. Tried jumping, still no sound. Tired in park, nuetral, park, etc. Ran fine when parked it a couple of days ago. Is there a fuse or relay switch or something else before changing starter? Can I try jumping direct to starter to see if it engages? In case the battery needs changing, is access to it from the wheel well?
My Buick did all those things and I had water in the oil and probably in a cylinder or two from what I judge was a cracked block from freezing, Gave it away.
