Could be one of the wheel bearings. Swifts are known for having quite brittle bearings. Could also be shock absorbers

My new swift car is having a noise when applying a brake some drum sound is coming how to solve this problem

sounds like the brake pads are bad and grinding -- replace the pads with new ones and make sure you have the brake drums turned as this might be why the pads are going bad so fast.

Unexplained Beeping

Could be that you have left the key in the ignition? Sounds silly but it does beep when you have turned off the engine and left the key in the ignition. I suppose it's a way to stop you from locking keys in car?
