Also sounds like one of the horns are inop,no power going to horn. im thinking possible clock spring. any help thanks
It is likely the clock spring.
You are getting a Lamp Code 36 which I believe is a driver side air bag system issue. Could be wiring or a sensor. I don't have the code interpretation right now.
Call dealer service department and ask what code means & what is likely problem. They see them all the time.
