I accidently had metal to metal contact and I have the same problem and no one at Ford seems to have an answer to fix? Where is the box at in the car to replace the accessory relay switch I tore the dash apart because in the owners manual it said top pass side and that is bullshyt. It is not there. How can I try to fix something if I can't find it? I have always bought American cars but I am seriously reconsidering this fact since no one at Ford can Help me.

Hey man the box your looking for is under is behind the fuse box on the drivers side. You have to remove the lower box that is already exposed to get to the relay box behind it.

if the fuse 's are intact then it must be a wiring fault , unless experienced in tracing this type of fault save you time and money getting an auoto electrician to check it through

#26 fuse keeps blowing

You had vehicle with no problems until you
paid a butcher to install the radio,so you know
how the problems got there

Now you go back to the radio folks or get it out of the
system & return the vehicle to as built working condition
yourself

Sounds very much like two possibles a short in the fuse box to the non working parts or your battery went dead and was recharged and you did not reset these items. As what U mention all sound like the equipment that needs to be reset when you change a battery or it goes dead.

Body control module. Costly part and then you spend more to have it programmed. I would live without it untill other things quit working, Which may or may not ever happen.

the radio and interior light is normally a different fuse to the windows the windows will be a 30a and the other a 7.5 or a ten max ,could be a corroded fuse holder in the power supply box under the bonnet

Blow fuse for interior lights and windows

The short is probably an electronic device which shorted a semi conductor in it's cicuit. Even replacing a fuse will only blow them out right away. Do you notice anything electronic that do not work? For example the radio or something. Anyways I am from houston as well.
