Yesterday the same didn't happen with my wife's 1998 plymouth gr voy after car was parked overnight in rain. Only odometer and gear position on. checked all fuses ok. When i supplied one of inside fuses that name starts with chd, using power at illum fuse with lights on, everything turns on including field pump but turning key in start kills that. I bought new ignition switch and just hook on wires , that didn't help. Today i will tow car home, because itp just park 7miles away.

Wiper dont work wiper motor is new but still does not work

Check power and ground circuits at wiper motor to see if they are there, key on, wiper switch on if not check BCM output for the wiper you may have to take it into a shop for that to scan to see if the output is there from the BCM as this controls the wiper through the multifunction switch.

99 Denali wiring from BCM

The BCM seems to be the source of some of the problems you mention. The red wire connected to terminal F is the power source. The BRN wire connected to terminal D supplies power to the ignition switch. The DK BLU wire connected to terminal C supplies power to the wiper and radio fuses and the power window circuit breaker which probably is the source of the clicking sound in the instrument panel fuse block. Normally, with the ignition switch in START or RUN position power is applied through GAUGES fuse 4 to the instruments (not dash lights) in the cluster. I believe replacement of the BCM will solve most of the problems you describe

Radio and wipers work intermediately wipers will work if you hold wash button in

I do know this is not a BCM problem. I had my radio on when I disconnected the BCM and the radio stayed on.
It is possible that connector 4 at the junction box is loose. I know the radio connection goes through it, but not positive about the wipers.
That is the only place I believe the radio and wipers have in common. Otherwise it is two separate problems.

My instrument lights and the high beam indicator doesn't work. I checked all the fuses and they are good. What else do I need to check?

It sounds like the Body Control Module (BCM) took a dump. They're about $50.00 at a junk yard, $500.00 for a rebuilt one from a dealer. It's located behind the fuse panel under the dashboard.

If you get a used one, make certain that the part numbers match.

Good luck! The BCM provides the following features:
• Automatic door locks
• Battery protection
• Chimes
• Compass/mini-trip support
• Courtesy lamps
• BCM diagnostic support
• Door lock inhibit
• Headlamp time delay
• Ignition key lamp
• Illuminated entry
• Instrument panel dimming
• Mechanical instrument cluster support
• Power door locks (with/without remote keyless entry)
• Sliding door memory lock
• Vehicle Theft Security system (VTSS)
• Windshield wipers / washers (front and rear)

TELL YOUR MECHANIC TO CHECK THE RELAYS IN THE B.C.M. AND THE FUSES AS WELL. TO RESET SOME SYSTEMS YOU MUST USE THE KEY ON THE DRIVERS' DOOR WHILE PRESSING THE ALARM BUTTON ON THE REMOTE. GOOD LUCK

Until you fix the problem, you should remove the fuse. The battery will run down !!

This problem is most likely caused by the BCM (Body Control Module). The BCM is located inside. It is behind the fuses and has lots of connections. After you remove the BCM note of the Part Number P/N. The replacement BCM must have the same part number. From all my research you can get a new one for from $800 to $1500 or get one from a salvage yard for $10 -$50.
Write down the odometer readings before you change this unit. The replacement unit may have a different mileage showing.
When you install the BCM make sure everything works. Try doors, windows, air, fan, remote, turn signals, hazard, lights, backup lights, horn, brakes, dash lights, etc, etc. This unit controls a number of functions and will have to "learn" your vehicle.
And yes, it's a good idea to disconnect the battery ground cable before replacing the unit.
