Heater door on a 04 buick lesabre

Assuming the engine is warming up the first thing I would check is the water level in the radiator. If you have enough check the water pump. If it is not warming up it is probably the thermostat.

Getting cold air only on right side of heater assy, hot air on left side

you most likely have a bad blend door motor, or the actual door is broken inside the heater box. Jeeps used to have this issue, the door shaft snaps and only half will work. If you can turn from hot to cold on the side that's warm, then that's most likely what is going on.

The front heaters are not blowing out any air, but the back heaters blow out air, but it's not very warm, and my passenger side front tire makes a rubbing noise when I turn to the left.

you have to check to see if you have any power at the blower motor, if you do then the motor is no good, if you dont you could have a bad blower motor resister. If its not blowing that hot you might have to flush the cooling system.
The noise you hear when you turn is probably the right front hub bearing

No heat, replaced heater coil but no heat when switch on to the heat, fan comes on but no heat

No heat = no motion. If there is no heat in your car there is no molecular motion (no molecular bond) and the world as you know it will literally fall apart. Won't even be elements left, just random neutrons being pounded by protons and electrons colliding at an alarming rate.
Assuming you mean that your A/C works fine and the only problem is the air being blown out is not warm as it should be on heat, could be a couple of things.
Valve not sending coolant to heater core. To check this just warm the car up, turn on the heater, and pop the hood. Find where the heater core hoses connect at the firewall. Feel each side (in and out), they should both be very warm. If not very warm, your heater core is not getting any heated water to share with you in the cabin. Follow the hoses from the firewall to wherever they go. If there is a device connected inline, feel both sides of it. If the 'other' side is hot, the valve isn't turning on. This is what you hope the problem is, cheap and easy.
Blend door not operating properly. This is the flapper door within your heater/AC box that puts air through the heater core or the AC core. Checking or fixing it means removing the dash, which isn't any fun. Hope it's the valve above.

good luck

Poor a/c performance, not cold enough and right side seems almost warm (hemi V-8)

If the a/c works but not as well as you like, then it's likely that the charge of r134a is low due to a slow leak.

Get an r134a recharge kit with 1 can included to see if bumping up the pressure of r134a solves your problem.

Also, sometimes there are zoned left and right a/c and heater controls that can be set so that the passenger side (right side) is warmer or colder than the driver's side (left side).

Try the above and I wish you luck on this repair.

Heating problem

The ducting to the left must be fed from the heater box. Yet the blend door must not be sealing allowing the cold air the blend with the hot. Check the blend door mechanism, behind glove box, or some dash panels may need to be removed to access this door.
