Question about 1991 Buick Riviera
The ABS hydraulic unit is under the bonnet, follow the line coming from the brake master cylinder(Generally where you put brake fluid) and you'll see that it enters a block with many other lines and this is the Hydraulic unit.
You might need as well checking at the wheels for any trace of leakage.

Check the rear if you have drum to see if one of the wheel cylinder are leaking and and check out all of the brake line front to back put the car on ramp and put something behind the rear wheel for safety and then get a creeper and then you find .
