Question about 1998 Saturn SL
Car has been running fine. Battery is good. Turn key to try to start car and nothing. No clicking. Nothing turning over. Just dreaded silence. Any clues what it might be?
If you have the ability.Take a wire and from underneath the car find the terminal where the positive cable goes to.MAKE SURE THE CAR IS IN PARK AND SECURED SAFELYtouch the wire from the positive battery terminal to the wire coming from the ignision(thin wire secured bu a 8 mm nut)

Starter or coils, I would check the starter first since you can take it out and take it to a local autoshop like Kragen and get it tested for free. If that doesnt work then check the coils, on the very front of the engine near the radiator on the driver side
