Question about 1998 Nissan Maxima
I need to know which fuse works the dome light
Bacon79: inside the car, in front of your left knee in the fuse block you are interested in looking at.
Remove the cover. You will see 3 rows of "ATO" type fuses arranged in a vertical fashion.
Often they will put a number to the right of the fuse.
In your specific case, you are interested in the center row of fuses.
Look at the top fuse which should be a 7.5 amp and the number next to it should be "26". Anyway, if you remove this fuse and look through it, it will either be burned through the center, have a hairline crack, or be solid. If it is the later and the dome light doesn't work, let me know and I'll see if I can help you.
