Bad egr if it happens while pushing pedal will also cause a rough idle,if so plugs will have to changed for they are fouled out.going by your posting so if you have more info let me know, black smoke ect.

Why is my 1999 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cylinder still sutton up afterr changing spark plugs and coil pack alone with fuel filter and pump I also changed ignition coil.

sounds like the carb may be at fault. the mixture is incorrect. maybe a stuck choke. try spraying some cleaner down it and running to see if it clears up.

Sometimes my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo will not start up. You have to hold the gas pedal to the floor and turn the key in the ignition before it will start. What is wrong with my Jeep?

2004 jeep grand cherokee laredo . when engines warm, i step on the gas it chokes and stalls, but then it restarts again

When you step on the gas pedal the engine commands are to give more fuel,so obvoiusly you have a fuel pressure problem, from a neede fuel filter or even a new pump or both

Sounds like the fuel pump is going out. Replace the filter first, as it's only $10. If that doesn't fix it, then it's probably the pump, which is $250.

1994 jeep grand cherokee laredo starting problems

Check to see if the fuel pump is running after it shuts down...could be a relay or the pump itself (overheating internally) Checked the fuel filter yet? Some crank sensors need to be shimmed. If it's too close to the flywheel even though you recently changed it, if it's too close to the wheel it can fail again. May not be the case but worth checking over. Also check the ceramic resistor on the left fender near the master cylinder if you have one. That too can cause problems.

The computer is releasing to much gas into the chamber. It something you'll have to get the computer to re-learn, or update it at the dealership. Only someone/company with a Tech2 can do as it connects to your cars computer (ECM) and once in there you can select the option to watch/measure or less / plus the fuel consumption.
