The blinking light is indicating that there is a problem with the transmission. You should bring it to a qualified technician to read the codes before you do any further damage by driving it while it's in that condition.

'97 volvo 960, Orange W-mode arrow blinking, then lost power. What is wrong?

The usual cause of this is a bad PNP switch or gear position sensor.
The "W" is flashing because the transmission control module is stuck in the Winter mode. If you are not familiar with sensor, I suggest you go and have the transmission codes read and reset to begin with and then post back the results.

What part needs fixed when my turn signal blinker blinnks very fast and sometimes not at all.If I put pressure on the turn arm it will stop sometimes or clicking my high beams on or off sets it right

Flashing too fast means that at least one exterior bulb isn't working. IF its an intermittent problem, once bulb could not be making connection at times. next time its flashing fast, stop the car and look to see which bulb isn't working. Replace that bulb, clean the socket at the same time

Anti theft system bypass

If I'm not mistaken, there is an immobilizer on you car. That may be the reason for the flashing lights. You may have to have the car towed to the dealer and have them reset it through the computer.

One possibility is that the light in not firmly seated in its socket inside the stereo. If you find that the blinking is worse when driving over bumpy surfaces this will help confirm that the issue is related to an intermittent electrical connection.
