Toyota Prado V6 4.0L Petrol 2006 will not start

My Prado 2006 Feb 4.0L V6 Petrol Auto will not start. It is not a flat battery which is fine as the lights and all electrics all work. When turned over the engine does not start. However there is a continual clicking which is either a starter motor problem or the ignition is not firing?

Check the starter motor you cna pull it out and get it checked out for free at a local auto parts store. Then check ignition after that

Your starter gets its earth when bolted to engine it sounds like you have a short circuit if its clicking it could be the solenoid or the earth strap touching the positive terminal check this first if it does not work we'll go from there.

What sort of fuel consumption can i expect from a 2006 Toyota Prado 4LT petrol 6 speed manual

best at 10 liters per 100 klms , average around 12 liters /100 klms
fuel consumption depends largely on load , speed , operating conditions , towing, highway/city, off road so an exacting answer is not possible as it all depends on the operator and the driving skills
