My 99 Chrysler 300m dies at just under a half a tank and the check engine light starts to flash. After letting it sit for a while it starts. It has happened twice in a week. The first time I replaced a bad coilpack and filled it up. I was fine until just under a half a tank again then it did the same thing. Any suggestions? Please help.
This is clearly a fuel problem so I'm confused as to why you changed the coil. You may have several problems ranging from water or crud in the tank to a bad level sending unit telling you that you have that much fuel or a bad fuel pickup.

Thanks I actually changed the "coil pack" and filled up the gas lol. Yea we're thinking it maybe something like water or gunk in the tank, we're gonna drop the tank next week and see what we can find. Thanks again.
