Question about 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee
My son has a hand me down 1987 Jeep cherokee with Manual transmission problem. We don't have the book and he can't find the dip stick or fill container for the transmission marked on the engine, can you tell us where to look?
It's probably on the side of the transmission. Remove it and fill with 90w transmission oil until it runs out the hole. Replace the plug and your good to go.

Thats because the fill point is on the trans you will have to crawl under the vech and look for a plug at the top of the trans remove that plug make sure you add the right fluid check with the dealer for the recommended fluid add the fluid until it runs out the hole let it set for awhile install the plug start the vech run it through the gears and recheck good luck kdc744
