Well if you're trying to bypass the air conditioning compressor, your original serpentine belt will obviously not work as it will be too long. Installing another pulley would really be more work that it's worth and likely cost a fair amount since you'd have to have a custom bracket made, or a mount to fit in place of the compressor. Your best bet would be to have your local parts supply look up the belt for the same make, model, year and engine specs as your vehicle but without Air Conditioning. The g20 uses all the same mounting locations for other belt driven accessories regardless of the presence of an AC compressor. Therefore, the belt should fit just fine. Also, you should spot on the belt routing diagram under the hood that it shows the optional routing for a belt without AC. (It does on mine anyway) Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Just for clarification, you likely won't have to go through the string measuring or trial and error method with your vehicle. As I said, the locations of all the belt driven accessories are going to be the same with or without the AC compressor. On that particular vehicle the AC compressor had it's own mounting bracket and location independent of the accessories. But, just to play a game, you can go ahead and measure using the string method and then check the length of the belt they give you at the parts store when you ask for the belt for exactly the same vehicle, without AC. I'm betting you're going to get the exact same length as your measurement. Also, just an aside here, I get a kick out of all these people who give an obvious answer to a question, then expect to be rated for it. Especially vague answers. Good luck with that. This is supposed to be about helping people, not about boosting your ratings by inflating them with hollow information.

Hi you can bypass the compresor. they may have a belt for that truck without a ac compresor . or use a peice of string and wrap around all pullys in proper order.and then measure the string and subtract 1-1 1/2 inches and bring to parts store and get 2-3 belts as close as possable and return the ones you dont use.

The correct way to do this is to replace the AC Compressor with a bypass pulley. That way the belt and the routing is the same.

I have a 2000 plymouth voyager mini van v6 3.3 l . the air compressor locked up broke belt. i am looking for a diagram to replace belt. also can i bypass the compressor by using a belt for a model that...

There should be a diagram under the hood. If not go to your local auto parts house and ask for them to help. They will. Yes you can bypass the AC compressor by getting a belt for a model with out air but you may or may not have to modify the pullys by adding a idler pully if the set up will allow. I would recomend calling a chrysler dealer and asking them they should be able to tell you and it is free. You can't beat free
