Question about 1993 Ford Tempo
Replaced fuel pump , fuel position thorttle sensor, and spark plugs. rpm hand does not move past the number 2
Remove the O2 sensor and try revving it. The catalytic converter could be clogged up. Buy a vacuum gage and follow instructions for testing. They're cheap and easy to use. The computer might be screwed up. If you can't find any codes stored and the check engine light doesn't come on, you might need to replace it (a used OBD1 computer should be fairly cheap).
