Question about 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD

What's on TBC 2B fuse?

My 2004 Chev Silverado continually blows the fuse listed as TBC 2B. Some of the cluster lights go out but I was wondering what all is on this circuit to start checking for a short.
TBC means Truck Body Controller according to the manual. I'd just like to know if there's more than just the dash lights on this fuse.
Thanks tbc circuit has short that is draining the battery!

The dome lite on my 2006 gmc seirra will not come on cant find the fuse

Well it looks like the lights are controlled and powered by the body computer and a door module for each front door.
The fuses involved are marked TBC 2B and 2C and they are each 15amp. They are in the fuse box in or under the dash.

TBC Batt fuse is draining battery after car set 24 hrs what is this fuse for

This fuse is for the body control module, so your draw is probably something controled by the bcm. Get a manusl, get a list, and eliminate them one by one until your draw is gone! Good luck, let me know if you need any more help!

2004 Dodge 1500 blowing fuses

Replace the cigarette lighter. Look to find out what else is on the instument cluster circuit, as that may be the problem, or a bad cluster.

Fuse box

Start by checking the TBC fuses in the door jamb fuse block. As far as I can see, that is where the inadvertant power bus picks up power which is what the lights feed off of. Good Luck.
