Question about 2000 Chrysler Sebring
Clean the IAC. Use spray carb cleaner and spray the idle air control valve. It is on the throttle body near the throttle plate. It may have become stuck with deposits.
Clean the throttle body as well. Check for vacuum leaks

Check to make sure all vacuum lines are on especially the one behind the throttle body also get a digital volt meter and check out your throttle body position sensor and also ask yourself when was the last time the fuel filter was changed
