Have you bleed them. (if you got air in the system this will definately be irritating to get rid off, takes a while to bleed if you did this )

If you're looking for more than a good tune-up will provide, google Mazda and find an enthusiasts forum for your 323. Guys do mods to everything now. They should help steer you in the right direction.

Im dowing the rear brakes on my cobalt ss

The pistons on the rear calipers must be "screwed in" because of the parking brake, and sometimes the parking brake lever must be removed to allow the parking brake adjuster to spin.

1989 mazda astina 323 5 spd manual clutch fluid??

open your bonnet check to see @ gearbox if the-res is cable, or a cylinder, the cable is Usualy visible on the top of the gearbox if theres a cable theres no clutch flu-ed needed. Note that your gearbox uses oil. Usualy on older models like 1989 the use a clutch cable no flu-ed needed

Brakes Mazda Famillia 1989

Id be inclined to adjust the rear brake shoes How high do you have to lift the hand brake lever? Some service centres/mechanics adjust the hand brake cable and not the shoes as they should because its easier and quicker Its a short cut !!

Often you have an adjustment nut at the base of the lever, and the cable for the brake is attached there. By putting more tension on the nut, you can take up some slack. You may have to take part of the center console out to reach the base of the lever, but it shouldn't be difficult to do.

Hey there can any one help me to solve this problem please. Mazda familiar interplay 1989 has got a manual conversation but while i try to bleed the brakes, its fine as in the brakes are hard it fills...

It sounds like your master cylinder is in need of replacement or rebuild. Unless you have an air bubble in the line somewhere (bleeding should have fixed that), you have a worn master cylinder that is cracked weak. There are various rebuild kits on the market with instructions.
