Question about 1999 Hyundai Accent
I need to locate either the fuses that control the lights on the number plate... or how to remove the bulbs and replace them..
Hi from uk the number plate lights x2 are on same fuse as side+tail lights so if n/plate is not lit ?more likely bulbs have blown ? to access remove the panel from boot lid (clips+screws) then you will see rear of n/plate lights the bulb holders twist anti clock slightly and pull out replace bulbs with same type 5watt check all work b4 refitting panel

Hi had same problem last year, if you open the boot at the back of the number plate you will find the bulb brackets. this is the only access i could find to the number plate bulbs. You may have a plastic cover on the back of the boot that might need removing.
