When driving the brake lights dissengage the cruise control and turn on or just driving no cruise control the brake lights turn on also when car is compltely off the brake lights turn on
SOURCE: Brake lights stay on
Your brake light switch is stuck on, this is also why the cruise is in-op, the cruise is turned off anytime you touch the brake pedal otherwise the car would try to accelerate when you tried braking. The brake light switch is located above the brake pedal, look up the arm the pedal is attached to and you will see it, the switch is not real expensive, and it is easy to install with simple hand tools. As far as the door lock issue fix the brake light switch and try it, not sure it is related unless it all started at the time the brake lights started staying on. Post back after you replace the switch if door problem remains. Thanks

The cruise control enables you to set the car speed mainly on motorways at a constant speed enabling you to take your foot off the gas pedal. It disengages as soon as you touch your brakes. It is activated/deactivated by the paddle switch on you steering wheel.
SOURCE: 2003 Denali Yukon, no Brake lights, no Cruise Control, fuse is OK
Check your brake light switch at the pedal. This controls the lights and disengages the cruise when stopping. I'd look there before I go anywhere else. There may just be a wire loose. Could be a simple fix.
Good Luck and hope this helps.

A fuse is broken. Let an expert check to determine this.
SOURCE: Lancer 2002, change heater control switch
contrary to what the dealership tells you you don't have to take out the entire dash to fix the heater switch, all you have to do is first locate a heater switch which I thought was imposible to find too, but I found one online for 165 bucks from a used autoparts store, then all you do is take off the molding that surrounds your stereo, then take out your stereo, then you will see a blue cable on the right side and a black one on the left carefully disconnect those and the two wireing harnesses in the back the upper one is white the lower is black, then pull the unit out and put the other back in the same way, now it's still going to stick cause of those moron engineers so if you kneel on the ground and look next to your gas pedal you will see to pieces of white plastic that is why you can't switch to heat that flimsy cabel has to push that gear forward, that gear is sticky so it won't go forward, there is a replacement gear to fix that problem that should be about 18.00 from the dealership. it took me about an hour or less to do the whole operation. I just literally finished it 20 minutes ago in my wifes lancer which i broke that knob off of. Good luck if you havent figured it out yet.
