Hello your truck is equipped with an electronic throttle body, which basically maens that there are no throttle cables from the gas pedal to the throttle body, and all operation is done by position sensors mounted on the pedal assm and the throttle body. When there is a descrepency between the signals the pcm gets confused and sets the warning lamp to come on, you need to bring the truck to the dealer for further diagnosis.

When I push my gas pedal down about one inch the reduced power light comes on it don't stall just reduced power you shut the truck off restart it the light is off ,

The reduced power light is pertaining to the TAC - electronic throttle control . Is the check engine light lit ? If not still may have a DTC -diagnostic trouble code stored . You probably have a bad TPS - throttle position sensor .
Throttle Body Assembly
The throttle body for the throttle actuator control (TAC) system is similar to a conventional throttle body with several exceptions. One exception being the use of a motor to control the throttle position instead of a mechanical cable. Another exception is the throttle position (TP) sensor. The TP sensor is mounted in the throttle body assembly. The TP sensor is 2 individual TP sensors within the throttle body assembly. Two separate signal, low reference, and 5-volt reference circuits are used to connect the TP sensors and the powertrain control module (PCM). TP sensor 2 signal voltage increases as the throttle opens. TP sensor 1 signal voltage decreases as the throttle opens.

Check engine light goes on after I rev engine. when rpm is low light comes on. why?

Dear friend. This issues appears when we have a fuel pump problem. I had the same issue. When the fuel pump pressure is low, the eletronic injection control send a sign for EPC control to blink the engine ligth. With rpm hight you increase the pressure automtic due to hight rotation motor applied on the fuel pump. To solve it, change the fuel pump, check if you have any hose blocked with dirt and so on. Afterthat verify the eletronic injectors nozzles and the timing belt position.
Hope to help you.
Regards.

Its probably an ECM issue, and the ECM should be checked first

Cruise control light comes on but can't set the speed on my 2001 Altima, is this just a fuse needing to be replaced? If so where is the cruise control fuse located??

There may actually be an issue with the cruise control functions in the engine computer. My suggestion would be to take the vehicle to Autozone and ask them to run an ODB2 diagnostic (this should be a free service, just ask) if you are showing a "service engine soon" light on your dash. Otherwise, you may need to take the vehicle in to a dealership or trustworthy automotive electronics and wiring shop.

Should my check engine light have came on to warn me that my crankshaft was going to crack?

check engine lights are only there to monitor electronic control problems with the engine fuel injection system ande the emission control systems, they have no way to monitor mechanical faults, only electronic ones.

Cuts out when you push on the gas pedal and then when letting up

Sounds like the eletronic gas pedel and throttle body are not working properly one of them or both of them are bad. ( If you notice there is no cable going to the throttle body it's all eletronic) All VW's have this and more work with them .

Electronic throttle control, cruise control

You need to have the codes read. The electronic throttle relies on an APP sensor and a TPS sensor. A problem with either one of these will cause this. Also, the cruise would be affected by this, as there is no cruise servo, it's controlled be the electronic throttle body.
