96 Civic Hx not starting when engine is warmed up!!!

I replaced the starter on my car 3 times now and im still getting the same problem.....

when the engine in cool it fires right up..
I drive the car for 20 mins or so turn it off and come back to start my car after 30 mins of sitting there and start it up then all i hear is the starter turning making a whinning sound like "WEEEEEEE!!!!!"
I check the flywheel and it looks good the battery is good too.
After the car cools down for an hour or so it will fire right back up

The starter solenoid is getting too hot. Either wrap the starter with a heat shield or see about installing a remote starter solenoid.

My 1993 honda civic si is hard starting when engine is cold but if i already warm it up its easy start. what could be the solution coz im worried about my strter

Are you saying the engine is difficult to crank, or start ?
If it cranks ok but takes a long time to start, the starter is not the problem. You would look at ignition or fuel.

Check Engine light 1998 Honda Civic 4 door automatic trans

You need it checked by your local auto electrician or friend who has a scanner. The reason check engine came on is a faulty sensor/component.

I replaced the Timing belt on my 97 civic HX, I also replaced the distributor cap, rotor and plugs since I had it all open. I hand turned the crank counter clockwise to TDC it starts right up but once warm...

You need to check the mechanical timing which means bring the engine to TDC firing stroke and being very sure that the notch on the front lower engine pulley lines up to the number zero after that look to make sure the cam sprocket or sprockets and there corresponding timing mark line up to the reference points if one is off a tooth you must reset. I suspect on is off that is why you must do this check. after this check the timing with a timing light to ensure it is timed via turning distributor to its correct setting I suspect 10 - 12 degrees BTC.

96 pontiac sunfire wont start.....

Starter solenoid , or wire that leads to it.

Also , if standard transmission , may be the switch on clutch pedal is intermitant.

Engine won't turn over unless it thinks you have your foot on the clutch.
