I have a 1997 Pontiac grand prix gtp that randomly dies while driving down the road. My husband has replaced everything we can think of. Please help

make sure that when it happens again check to see if there are any lite up lights on the dash that were'nt there before indicating that there may be a problem, if so find out what the sysbol means or you can take it into a shop and have them diagnose the problem

Location of fuse box

On my '95 Grand Prix GTP there is one on the passenger side of the dash (when you open the door you will see a little cut out on the horizontal side of the dash) and then there are two under the hood on either side close to the edge. Good luck.

My 1998 grand prix gtp cut off today while driving it. car still has power battery is not dead. alternator still good and the car will not start. it will turn over but wont quite fire up

my 1998 grand prix does the exact same thing. It just shuts off while driving. I still have battery power. I have called pontiac dealers in my area and they dont seem to have any idea to fixing without changing everything in hopes the hit the problem
Can you narrow it down.
