You will have to check the flap operating controls behind the centre consol as anything could be wrong from a vacumn pipe to a operating mechanism ,even the computer controlling the climatic control .

Heat IS blowing out on drivers side, BUT it wont get hot ?
As long as you have heat, but not on passenger side, I would say your diverter is door is not operating, may be vacuum , or electrical, check under dash make sure no vacuum lines are leaking.

NO COLD ON PASS SIDE A/C - DRIVER SIDE WORKS OK

Your truck has blend door actuators that go bad. each side has them . giving you the problem that you have. and in some cases the actual a/c control mod goes bad. Putting the truck on a scanner at the dealer ship they can look at each blend door and comand each one to open and close and find out witch one is not working. or you can buy the pass side blend door actuator / motor the one for the a/c heat blend door and replace your self its not to bad to get to on pass side. you can have them print you out a diagram when you buy it.
