Up hill i have no power goes from 65 to like 25 in less then 10
I have a 1987 isuzu trooper ii runs great but when i try to go up the slightest hill it just loses major power i put new plugs and all new exhaust and new fuel filter it also runs rich when i floor it it like floods its seems if i back off throttle just alittle it seems to help some its CARBURATED I know it could be alittle worn but i cant even find a air or gas flow screw to try and adjust it just a idleing screw any suggestions?

Depending on how good the guage is, when the yellow light comes on telling you that your fuel is low, you have approx 2 gallon left in the tank. It is never good to run on a tank that low due to heat buildup of the pump which causes pump failure. The gas acts as a coolant for the pump.
Well, could be many things, but first and easiest, check the dist. cap and rotor, and all the plug connections. Any moisture will freeze and short out the ignition system. Also change the fuel filter. If you get the slightest moisture in the fuel it will lock up the filter when the water freezes. Could be a relay, probably "engine relay" that sticks when it gets too cold.
