Question about 2001 Ford Windstar
If it does absolutely nothing when you turn the key but you're SURE the battery is good or tried to jump it, it sounds like an interlock problem. there are several things that could be causing it but I would concentrate either on the gear shift interlock (has to be in park before it will engage the electrical system when starting) or the key itself. First thing I would do is (with my foot on the brake), shift it through all the gears then make sure it's in park then try it again.
