Question about 1997 Cadillac Seville
I have a 97 cadillac seville and i replaced the blower motor in it and all it does is spin for like a quater spin and stop i dont understand. i looked through my manual everywhere and all the fuses but nothing in manual and no bad fusesand there is no fuses labeled in manual for blower motor or labels on fuses boxes anywhere else.i know i heard of them having modules and resistors i just dont know where they are located on my car or where to start lookin . i also noticed since the blower broke and needed to get replaced the battery wont stay charged it has been sitting for 6 months so i could just let it chrage for a long time i have just been quick jumpin it when i need to mess around with the car but maybe that could be connecte to the reaseon the blower isnt working. also the car has a little blower in the rear for the backseat that one doesnt even run i dont know if that could help you figure it out too PLEASE HELP
Under the dash... in the duct work for the vents... you will see a coonector that goes to the side of the duct work... and a part held on by two or three screws... that is the resister block... remove it and replace it
