My car stutters for then it is ok on till i turn it off for a while then turn it on again the same thing happens

Hello and welcome to Fixya!
I suspect that you have a faulty MAF (mass air flow) sensor. The MAF controls the vacuum supply of the car and if there's irregularity on vacuum supply the car will surely stutter.
You may check the IACV (idle air control valve) too. If it's clogged with dirt, air won't pass that's why it stutters. Try to clean it with a carburetor cleaner. If cleaned and still acts up, have it replaced to resolve the issue.
Hope this helps and thank you for using Fixya! Have a good one!

When i put on my brakes the engine stutters and the break lights

Hi
Sounds like you have 2 problems here.?

The engine stuttering sounds more likely to be an air leak on your brake servo system, weakening the mixture, and this will give you a lumpy tick over.

As for the stop lights, No 1 check its not the fuse.
You need to confirm you are getting a live feed to the brake switch with a 12v test light.
If OK, bridge this connection and recheck your feeds at the stop light bulbs.

Good Luck

Sometimes it runs ok,then every now and then it stutters and sometimes there is no fuel getting through, its a nissan micra 1993 model

My 93 nissan truck had a similar problem with stuttering that was fixed by replacing the fuel pump. Hitting a bump or even slamming the tailgate would cause it to start.
