I'll drive the car a while it'll cut off while driving,then i will have to wait 30-60mins for it to start

Sounds like clogged fuel filter or even clogged catalic converter. filter costs under 10 bucks, converter, i don't know, it's a bit more but there is a test a mechanic can do called a back pressure test.
